Community Class


This class is for anyone and everyone. No matter your age, background, or fitness level. We scale this workout to meet you where you're at, so whether you're brand new to movement or getting back into a routine, you’ll feel right at home. Our coaches will guide you through each session with care, and our community will be right there beside you - encouraging, sweating, and growing together. It’s not about being the fittest in the room; it’s about showing up, moving with purpose, and building a stronger, healthier version of you—one day at a time.
Our Community Class is a relaxed CrossFit class for anyone looking to move, sweat, and connect. Each class starts with a coach-led warm-up, followed by a workout that’s simple, effective, and fully scalable. It’s all about showing up, doing your best, and having fun together.
On Fridays after the workout, we gather for a humble, beans and rice dinner, because community doesn’t end when the timer runs out. It’s a chance to share stories, build relationships, and nourish more than just the body. Come as you are. Leave better, together.
