Experience CrossFit at MUV CrossFit in Wahiawa, HI! Our CrossFit program is a high-intensity workout designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels. Whether you are advanced, a beginner, or looking to switch up your routine, our CrossFit Class is tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals. Participants will engage in a variety of functional movements, cardio, and strength training, leading to improved endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Join us and experience the transformative power of CrossFit!
Every class is led by a coach and runs about an hour. We start with a warm-up to get your body moving, then work on a specific strength or skill. After that, we hit the Workout of the Day (WOD) a mix of movements done at high intensity, tailored to your level. You’ll lift, jump, run, row, push, pull—whatever helps you get stronger, fitter, and more confident in your body. Don’t worry if you’re new, we scale everything so you can build at your own pace. And the best part? You’re doing it alongside a supportive 'ohana that pushes each other to grow.
