Our CrossFit class is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner, new to CrossFit or advanced and well along your CrossFit journey, this class will keep you healthy, strong and will always be different and fun. The workouts are a variety of functional movements, cardio, and strength training, leading to improved endurance, strength, and overall fitness. With our coach-led classes, we take the guesswork out of your workouts. And one of the best parts? We have a supervised kids area for our 8:15am, 9:30am, 4:30pm and 5:45pm classes.
Every class is led by a coach and runs for about an hour. We start with a warm-up to get your body moving, then work on a specific strength or skill. After that, we hit the Workout of the Day (WOD) a mix of movements done at a higher intensity, tailored to your level. You’ll lift, jump, run, row, push, pull—whatever helps you get stronger, fitter, and more confident in your body. We’ll then wrap things up with some mobility work and stretching. Don’t worry if you’re new, we scale everything so you can build at your own pace. Not to mention, you’re doing all this alongside an encouraging and awesome 'ohana.
